      目的:研究肠内营养治疗急性脑梗死患者时对患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及营养状况的影响。方法:选取2014年1月至2016年1月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者90例,将其随机均分为研究组和对照组,两组各45例。对照组进行常规的流质食物鼻饲,研究组给予肠内营养制剂的鼻饲。结果:治疗1 d后,两组患者的各项营养指标不存在明显的差异(P>0.05),治疗7 d后,研究组患者的上臂三头肌肌围和血清前白蛋白水平均显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05),治疗14 d后,研究组患者的各项营养指标均显著高于对照组患者,两组数据差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1 d后,两组患者的NIHSS评分和Barthel指数不存在明显的差异(P>0.05),治疗14 d后,研究组患者的NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,而Barthel指数显著高于对照组,两组数据差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗14 d后, 研究组患者感染并发症发生率为33.33%,对照组患者感染并发症发生率为62.22%,研究组患者感染发生率明显低于对照组患者,两组数据差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对急性脑梗死患者的治疗中,使用肠内营养的治疗方式能够改善患者的营养状况,减少患者感染并发症的发生。

      Objective:To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition on NIH stroke scale (NIHSS) and nutritional status in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods: 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, and 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine nasal feeding with liquid food, and the study group was given nasal feeding with enteral nutrition.Results: After 1 day of treatment, nutritional indicators of two groups of patients had no significant difference(P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment,arm muscle circumference and serum albumin levels of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05),and after 14 days of treatment, nutrition indicators of the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).No obvious difference was observed in NIHSS score and Barthel index between two groups after 1 day of treatment (P>0.05); after 14 days of treatment,the NIHSS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,while the Barthel index was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of infection complication in the study group was 33.33%,while 62.22% in the control group, and the difference between two groups was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: In the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction, the use of enteral nutrition can improve the nutritional status of patients and reduce the incidence of infection complication.
