      目的:了解浦东新区社区卫生服务机构人力分布和配置情况和问题,为改善社区卫生服务机构人力状况提供依据。方法:采用监测资料与现场调查相结合的方法收集资料,利用SPSS 16.0进行数据录入整理和统计分析。结果:2010~2015年社区卫生人力总量呈现增长趋势,每万服务人口配置上医师配置数负增长,医护比倒置,全科医师配置数增幅明显;社区卫生人才结构分析,2010~2015年社区执业(助理)医师和注册护士各年龄段结构变化不大,社区执业(助理)医师35~44岁组人数最多,注册护士25~34岁组人数最多;学历方面,执业(助理)医师研究生数增长明显,注册护士人数增长较多的为本科;职称结构方面,执业(助理)医师职称中级人数显著增长,注册护士中级、副高人数有所增长。结论:浦东新区社区卫生服务机构卫生人才总量增长相对量不足,但卫生人才结构逐年不断优化。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To understand the situation and problems of the human resources distribution and allocation of community health service institutions in Pudong and provide the improvement suggestions. Methods: The data were drawn by monitoring method and field investigation method, recorded and analyzed by SPSS 16.0. Results: The absolute number of community human resources presented a growth trend, while the doctors configuration number per million population was decreasing from 2010 to 2015, the proportion of doctors and nurses was inverted, the configuration number of GP increased significantly. In the analysis of community health talent structure, the proportion of community medical practitioners(assistant) and registered nurses each age changed a little from 2010 to 2015, with the 35~44 group of practitioners(assistant) the largest, the 25~34 group of registered nurses the largest; in education degree, the number of graduate student practitioners(assistant) increased significantly, as well as the number of undergraduate registered nurses; in professional title, the number of intermediate professional title practitioners(assistant) increased as well as the intermediate title and vice-high-level title registered nurses number. Conclusion: The total of human resources of community health service institutions in Pudong new district increase, the relative amount are not enough, but the human resources structure constantly improve year by year.
